Privacy
Website information
Browsing and security
The website is hosted on Vercel. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical data such as IP address, request date, requested page and browser information. The country estimated from the IP address is used to suggest a language.
Contact requests
When you submit the form, we collect contact details, company information and project context to respond and prepare a possible proposal. Optional fields are not required to submit a request. Processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps or, for contacts on behalf of companies, our legitimate interest in responding. There is no marketing subscription or automated decision-making about the request.
Data infrastructure
Requests are stored in Neon in the Frankfurt region and sent by email through Resend, configured for sending in the European region, to the Ecommerce & AI Lab Gmail contact inbox. Vercel hosts the website. These providers support infrastructure and message delivery; a European region does not exclude international access or processing by providers. Their privacy policies and data processing terms describe these operations.
Retention and security
We retain requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up on a proposal; afterwards, only where required by law or necessary to exercise or defend legal rights. You can request deletion using the email provided. To limit abusive submissions, we use temporary counters linked to a protected representation of the IP address. Campaign parameters and the referring page, when available, accompany the request to identify its source.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact ailabecommerce@gmail.com.
